Request new Helpcenter Accounts
A Serviceware Knowledge (SABIO) Helpcenter access is provided to editors and administrators, as well as to our administrative and technical contacts.
If you would like to have additional Serviceware Knowledge (SABIO) Helpcenter access set up by the support team, please send us your request via ticket and include the attached form "Template-Helpcenter-Account.xlsx" filled in.
When filling out the form, please make sure that no spaces and/or special characters are used in the login names.
If the login name is not specified by you, it will be entered by us according to the default "Firstname.Lastname". If login names are duplicated, future users will be assigned sequential numbers.
Finally, the support team will set up the accesses and confirm them in their response.
