Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is a self-service tool for the SABIO online clients to manage their subscriptions.
- After trial sign-up, we send you a Welcome Email. It contains the following instructions to access your Customer Portal:
- The Customer Portal Login looks like this:
- Please create a new user here. As of now, you can't use your SABIO system credentials for the Customer Portal.
- The Customer Portal sends a signup link to you via email. Simply click the link in the email for next steps.
- Now you have access to your Customer Portal. Here, you can:
- Add payment details
- Add billing information
- Manage your subscription mode and number of licenses
- Only the administrator (i.e. the customer who signed up for the trial) has access to the Customer Portal
