Use of the Search Tab

The Search Tab is accessed automatically by entering and submitting a search term in the search field of the top-navigation.
Additionally the Search-Tab can be accessed by clicking on the following button in the left navigation bar:

The following sources are available in the Search Tab:

• All content - Shows a list of content with all available types of content.
• Knowledge content - This source category allows the user to filter by different kinds of content (texts, documents, messages or contacts).
  The sources of this category can be shown or hidden by clicking on the small arrow next to the category name.
• External Content - Shows a list of content linked and indexed to Serviceware Knowledge but originating from external resources. These can be external websites oder server directories.
  Note: This source is optional and will not be visible for all users.
