Highlighting in Search Results
In order to find relevant content quickly, hits that correspond to the entered search term are highlighted. The hit that is highlighted can either be the exact search term or synonyms or related words with the same stem. The title, the content, the tags and the categories (if available) of content can be highlighted. The highlighting of search hits in Serviceware Knowledge works for texts, documents, messages, contacts, templates, external sources and dialogs. In the detail view of documents only the title, the tags and the categories (if available) are highlighted.
The function highlighting is enabled by default and can be disabled via the settings.
