The Search in General

The search inΒ Serviceware Knowledge (SABIO) helps the user to find relevant content. By entering one or more search terms into the search field in the search tab or into the search field in the top right-hand corner next to the user menu the user can search for content. Depending on which permissions are granted to the user, only certain content can be searched. Relevant results are highlighted in the search result list. Through the use of facets the search results can be narrowed down further.
