How is a text with several text elements displayed to a user
The detailed view of a text with text elements only shows the text elements to the user, which the user may see according the content views that were assigned to him/her.
Example:
- Text “Professional Internet” consists of two text elements.
- The views “Telmo 1st Level” and “Telmo 2nd Level” are assigned to text element 1.
- The view “Telmo 2nd Level” is assigned to text element 2.
To Hans Bauer, who may only see the view “Telmo 1st Level”, text element 1 is displayed in detailed view.
To Rainer Jordan, who may see the view “Telmo 1st Level” as well as the view “Telmo 2nd Level”, the text is displayed in detailed view as follows:
-
When working “in all views” text element 1 and text element 2 are displayed.
-
When working in the view “Telmo 1st Level” only text element 1 is displayed.
-
When working in the view “Temo 2nd Level” text element 1 and text element 2 are displayed.
Between text elements there is an optical separation in form of a fine, light grey line.
