How does the search for text elements work
Only the text elements of a text, which the user may view according to his assigned user roles, are searched. The text of which the text element is part of is displayed in the search results.
Example:
- Text “Example Text” consists of two text elements

Text element 1:
- Assigned views: “Telmo 1st Level” and “Telmo 2nd Level”
- Content: “This is a car and this is a motorcycle.”

Text element 2:
- Assigned views: “Telmo 2nd Level”
- Content: “This is a house.”
Search for “car” (Content of text element 1):
- Hans Bauer, who may only view content in the view “Telmo 1st Level”, finds the text “Example Text”.

Rainer Jordan, who may view content in the views “Telmo 1st Level” and “Telmo 2nd Level”:
- finds the text “Example Text” while working “in all views”.
- finds the text “Example Text” while working in the view “Telmo 1st Level”.
- finds the text “Example Text” while working in the view “Telmo 2nd Level”.
Search for “house” (Content of text element 2):
- Haus Bauer, who may only view content in the view “Telmo 1st Level”, does NOT find the text “Example Text”.

How does the search with tags work?
Only certain text elements of a text are searched. The text elements that are searched are those, which a user may view according to his assigned user groups, and those, which contain the searched-for tag.
How does the search with the search operator AND work?
Only those text elements of a text are searched, which a user may view according to his assigned user groups, and which contain the search terms.
Example:
- Text “Example Text” consists of two text elements.
