Just before the go-live:
- get everyone on board that has not been in touch with the project so far
- either with tutorials, or even better - personally
- develop some training tasks that are related to the daily business
- create a team that can answer and manage questions/issues especially at the beginning of the production phase
- put emphasis on SABIO suggestions - they are essential for a living and evolving knowledge management
Go live:
- best to be done with an event
- needs to be communicated in such a way that people can not miss it
- get feedback and act on it
