Is Serviceware Knowledge (SABIO) a prerequisite for the usage of the mobile app?
Yes. In order to use the Serviceware Knowledge Mobile App, a Serviceware Knowledge -system is required.
Furthermore, the following prerequisites need to be fullfilled:
- Active user account with known login credentials
- The Serviceware Knowledge -system can be accessed through the internet without restrictions
- The device is connected with the internet
