Release 5.53 Serviceware Knowledge (SABIO)

CSV exports contain Id and Link

The columns "ID" and "Open in browser" are now included in the CSV exports from the respective search for texts, files (currently only the ID), messages, users, user groups and views.

The "ID" column contains the ID of the respective element. This can be used, for example, in connection with the raw data export from Basic Reporting. In this way, the individual tracking events can be linked to the data of the respective entities and, for example, the text title can be displayed instead of just the text ID.

The "Open in browser" column contains a link to the respective entity. This means you can quickly jump from the export to the web interface to view and/or edit the content.

For texts, these columns are also included in the exports under "soon/already expired" and for release.

Server performance in tracking raw data export

The raw data of the basic reporting now also includes the performance times required by a request on the server. A first indication of the performance of the system can thus be obtained from this data. The times that a request requires in the network and, if applicable, on the local computer are not taken into account here. It's just the time between receiving it on the server and just before the response is sent out.
