What does the User Interface Look Like when Dialogs are Available?
If there are guided dialogs available in the SABIO system, users can use these to process customer inquiries by being guided through a set of questions in order to find a solution for the presented customer problem.
For editors and users who have the necessary permissions for working with dialogs the following changes are visible in the user interface:
In the search tab a new source “Dialog Objects” appeared. The source has two sub-directories: “Dialogs” and “Questions”.
-
Dialogs: The sub-directory “dialogs” retrieves all of the dialogs that the user may see and execute in his/her views. The content list displayed via this source on the one hand serves the purpose of giving the user an overview over all of the dialogs to a certain topic. On the other hand, the user can select a dialog from the content list and open it in detail view and directly start the dialog from there.
-
Questions: The sub-directory “Questions” contains all of the questions that the respective user may see and execute in his/her views.
Also another tab - the “Dialog Tab” is displayed in the list of index tabs. In this tab dialogs can be opened and executed.
