How Do I Use the Search
Search terms can be entered inย Serviceware Knowledge into the search field in the top right-hand corner next to the user menu or into the search field in the search tab. In the search tab texts, documents, messages, contacts, templates, dialogs and external content can be searched. The search considers the fields title, content, tags and categories. The search results are displayed in the content list of the search tab. Only those results are shown in the content list which the user may see according to his/her user groups and their assigned views. In addition, the search considers the selected facets. If the user selects a search hit from the content list, it is displayed in detail view to the right of the content list.
The search results can be narrowed down by selecting views, sources or facets.
