Nodes can be edited either by Copy&Paste or Cut&Paste.
Any Action of this kind applies to subnodes and texts enclosed to these nodes as well.
- Starting the editing mode of the tree via the context menu.
- Right-Click the respective node to be edited to open the context menu.
- Select menu item "Copy"
- Navigate to the node where the node should be inserted.
- a) With a right click on a node and selecting "Paste: Nodename" the new node will be pasted as a subnode.
b) With a right click on the "+"-icon appearing when hovering with the mouse between two nodes the copied node can be pasted in between two existing nodes.
If copying a node applies to enclosed texts as well, I need to maintain them in several locations afterwards. Is there another solution?
If the text does not differ in content from the original, we recommend to delete the pasted text and to add an additional path to the original.
