Performance Problems
Checklist to clarify the cause of performance problems:

Is the performance limited on a few workstations?
- Does the computer meet the system requirements? (Please refer to the operations manual for details)
→ If not, please make the necessary adjustments. - Is the browser used on the computer supported by SABIO?
→ If not, please provide a supported browser. - Is the Adobe Reader installed in the most recent version?
→ If not, please update the program and the browser plug-in. -
Are any connectivity limitations in place? (max. connections or network bandwidth)
→ If yes, please check the configuration of the workstation.
- Does the computer meet the system requirements? (Please refer to the operations manual for details)

If the performance is limited throughout your company:
- Are there proxy servers or firewalls limiting network bandwidth?
→ If yes, please adjust the configuration. - Are there also problems when contacting SABIO from an external network?
→ If yes, please contact SABIO support. - Are other site requests or downloads using the https protocol slow as well?
→ If yes, please check the network configuration and state.

If these measures are not solving the problem please consider the preparation of a HAR-file, to support the troubleshooting.
