How are suggestions created and edited
Suggestions can be created on text element level.
If a user hovers above a text element, a menu with the function “Add suggestion” is displayed at the right-hand side of the display, beneath the dividing line above the content of the text element.
A click on this function opens a window, where the user can make a suggestion for the text element.
The user, who is responsible for the respective text, can find the suggestions for each text element in the home tab in the source “Suggestions”.
For editors, editing suggestions is the same as editing suggestions in a system without text elements.
A click on the button “Show linked content” opens the text for which the suggestion was made, along with all its text elements.
In order to see, for which exact text element the suggestion was made, and if need be edit it, the user has to navigate to the text editing mode by clicking on the toolbar and then selecting “Edit”. After opening the text element, for which the suggestions has been made, the suggestion can be found beneath the CKEditor. The editor can then comment and edit the status of the suggestion in question.
