How do I create a text from a template with several elements?
Creating texts from a template with several elements works similar to creating a text from a template in a system without text elements. When creating a new text the user can decide, if a template should be used and, if so, which.
If there are templates defined in the system and the user has the permissions to use them, the user can select the desired template via the selection box.
When the user has selected a template and wants to apply it, SABIO displays a warning which states that already added content will be overwritten.
The template is applied to the text when the user confirms that he/she really wants to select the template. As explained in the chapter “How are templates created and edited?” several text elements can be defined in a template. The individual text element templates are applied to the text elements of the text.
The user can then continue to edit the text as usual.
