Templates

Templates allow a standardization of text layouts and help to employ a similar structure with multiple texts. 

How to add a template:

  1. Selecting the item "New Template" in the menu "Add content" in the search tab.
     
  2. Creating a template analogue to adding a new text, that can easily be filled with content later on. 
     
  3. Setting permissions, target groups (corresponding to the user groups) and validity. 
    Note: The current user will be preselected as author, as well as the alphabetical first user group the current user is a member of. Every group can be selected, that the current user is a member of. 
     
  4. Saving.

The template can now be used by all users in the target group when adding new texts.
