New features and optimization in SABIO 5.23
Dialogs
Dialogs can support agents in their day-to-day work. A dialog always addresses one concrete problem and provides a call center agent with goal-oriented questions, in order to efficiently find a solution for the problem. The editor can individually determine which question should follow which answer in the flow of the dialog.
Activation / Availability of the function:
Dialogs are deactivated by default.
If you would like to use dialogs in SABIO, they have to be activated for your system. A training course is also necessary. Please contact your contact person at SABIO Sales Team for further information.
Anti-Virus Program (ClamAV) for File Uploads
When uploading new documents, they are checked for viruses using an anti-virus program. If a virus is found, the document is not uploaded and the user receives the following message:
“Upload of file <name of file> isn't possible, because the file could contain viruses.”
Optimization of the Search
Separators
The search in SABIO now takes separators within words into account. Partial words that are concatenated with a colon or hyphen are now found by the search. If a content contains the word “goal-oriented”, the content is also found when the search term is only “goal”.
Optimization of Keyboard Navigation
In text fields as well as lists the user the keyboard navigation was improved. Using the End/Home button the user can now jump to the end of an input string, and using POS1 the user can go back to the beginning of an input string. Additionally, the cursor can now be controlled via the arrow keys in order to navigate to a certain position within a list such as the search result list.
Deletion of the Permission “May Edit Own Contact Information”
The permission “May edit own contact information” has been deleted form the role settings. Only users that have the permission “May edit contacts” may change the contact information of users.
